Yoga Kinship offers an Energizing Vinyasa practice for beginners and seasoned yogis alike. The sequences are not your typical western style vinyasa. We strive to ground each practice in a traditional, authentic approach that honors EVERYbody and encourages pause to fully incorporate each pose. Each month of classes are themed and include pranayama (breathwork), asana (poses) and mudra (hand gestures).
Your monthly subscription includes all the live classes as well as recordings to allow the flexibility to practice at your leisure and truly consolidate the learning.
