Yoga Kinship offers a Restorative Vinyasa practice for beginners and seasoned yogis alike. The practice is rooted in the philosophy that ‘the pause is as important as the pose’ encouraging reflection and a greater awareness of your body. Many people describe the practice as ‘mindful, resetting and a great aid to true relaxation and sleep’. Each month of classes are themed and include a variety of modalities designed to balance the nervous system, safely stretch and improve mobility.
Your monthly subscription includes all the live classes as well as recordings to allow the flexibility to practice at your leisure and truly consolidate the learning.
